Blue Mountain Village Condo - What To Bring

You should bring:

  • Sheets (2 queen size and 4 single bed, pillows and comforters are supplied) or sleeping bags.

  • Towels for bathing and kitchen.

  • Toilet paper, soap and dish soap

  • Fire logs

  • The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils and basically anything you need.

  • There are lots of large grocery stores in Collingwood -15 min away and an expensive market in the Blue Mountain Village

  • You must park in Unit 19 spot and if snow covered it is in front of Unit #22, or V spots or you will be towed away. For additional parking check with the recreation center. They sometimes allow parking there.

  • he fireplace on the main floor has a damper. Pull down the grill above the fireplace opening and there will be  a lever to control the damper. Move the lever down to open the damper. Close damper when leaving . Be sure the fire is absolutely out before you close the damper.
  • The water will be turned off when you arrive. To turn water on , go to the furnace room in the basement . About three feet up there is a shutoff. Slowly turn the knob to turn on the water. Please shut water off when you leave the condo.
  • The water heater may be turned down to vacation setting . In the furnace room there is a blue knob on the water heater. Turn clockwise to just short of hot. Please turn down - counter clockwise -  to vacation setting when you leave.
